โ† LAB

Pick a call. Each one starts with the panel already showing a real condition โ€” you'll read the display, go inspect the device, decide the fix, and confirm it clears. No meter, no wiring math โ€” just the four panel buttons and your own judgment.

TIER 1 ยท BASIC OPERATION
Read the panel, work the four keys, handle what shows up. No fault to diagnose beyond what the display already tells you outright.
TIER 2 ยท SINGLE FAULT
The display names a circuit or system, but never says WHY โ€” open, short, bad part, wrong setting. You have to go find the cause.
TIER 4 ยท MULTI-FAULT
Two conditions at once, or one action that looks like a fix and is not. The trap is stopping the moment the display goes quiet.
TIER 5 ยท NUISANCE / INVESTIGATION
The panel is SYSTEM NORMAL the moment you arrive โ€” nothing active, nothing to acknowledge. The evidence is already in the log, from before you got there.
TIER 3 ยท FIELD FAULT ยท METER REQUIRED
The display names a circuit, never the cause โ€” and this time reading the story alone won't find it. Starting one of these switches you to EXPLORE โ†’ BENCH with that exact fault already dealt, hidden, and waiting for the meter.
EXPLORE ยท LIVE
Every control explained with its NFPA 72 section. Put the demo building into alarm, work the keys, then find a NAC, SLC or battery fault with the meter on the BENCH tab.
GUIDED ยท LIVE (Sim-80)
Twenty-six real-world calls across five tiers โ€” plain-English walkthroughs (Tiers 1/2/4/5) and meter-required field faults dealt straight into the real NAC/SLC benches (Tier 3). Sim-3030 Guided support is next.
EXAM ยท LIVE
A random hidden fault on the real NAC or SLC circuit, no hints, no fault tree โ€” repair it, write your findings, and submit for a scored PASS/FAIL: Outcome, Accuracy, Safety, Efficiency and Time.
SIM-4K ยท LIVE (Explore)
The large-hospital panel: four separate ACK keys, the tally screen, a reset that refuses while an alarm is present, and now a NAC and an SLC/IDNet bench with a real meter โ€” try them above. No menu tree or Guided walkthrough for this panel yet.
