- Log 40 hours of NCCP-compliant CE in your NREMT profile
- Confirm your state requires the NREMT cert (not all do)
- Submit NREMT recert by March 31 of the year your cert expires
- Pay current NREMT recert fee
- Separately renew your state EMS license per state board rules
