  1. Log contact hours in your AHA Certification Center profile throughout the cycle
  2. Ensure ≥30 hours are in healthcare facility management (Domain 1-5)
  3. 90 days before expiration: open the Recertification application
  4. Upload supporting documentation for each claimed activity
  5. Pay the current recertification fee
  6. Submit and await confirmation email
