The Joint Commission replaced its EC and LS chapters with PE on Jan 1 2026, and we could not confirm which version the exam uses.

The CHSP is IBFCSM’s closed-book credential for hospital safety work, on three domains: Management & Leadership 36%, Hazard Control Practice 28%, and Compliance, Accreditation & Voluntary Standards 36%. It leans on scenarios and on knowing which agency or standard covers what. Exam content is under NDA, so nobody can honestly sell you recalled questions.
