The Joint Commission is expected Monday. You have Thursday and Friday to get the 5th Floor ready. Monday they read your documents; Tuesday a surveyor walks the floor with you.

• ! = a problem you found · ? = check it (costs time) · WO = fix ordered.
• Fix it now (time), order a work order or vendor (money, done overnight), or write an interim measure.
• Watch Dana. She wedges doors and parks beds. Fix the cause, not just the wedge.
• Not everything that looks odd is wrong. Writing up a non-issue costs you.

Points: +2 SRP per finished week (3 a day), +10 for your first clean survey, +5 for your first three-star week and +5 for your first passed night drill. A clean survey puts a gold trophy in your trophy room.
