What every build includes

The same engineering standard as LifeSafetyWiki, at brochure-site prices. These are not add-ons.

Fast by construction

Next.js on Vercel. Static where it can be, server-rendered where it must be. Lighthouse-grade performance is the default, not an upsell.

Mobile-first

Designed at phone width first, because that is where a service business gets found. The desktop layout is the bonus.

Search-ready

Titles, descriptions, schema markup, sitemap, Google Business Profile link-up and Search Console — set up and handed over, not bolted on later.

No plugin treadmill

No WordPress, no plugins to patch, no hacked login page. Dependency updates are our job, on a schedule, tested before they ship.

Copy that sells

We write for the person on the other side — the homeowner, the property manager, the surveyor — in plain language, with the details they came for.

You own everything

Domain in your name, code in a repo you can take, analytics in your account. No hostage situation if you ever leave.

Build pricing

Three tiers, one fixed quote before work starts. Prices are starting points; the typical range is under each one so you can place yourself before we talk.

Management plans — monthly or annual

A website is not a one-time purchase; it is the front door you leave unlocked if nobody is watching it. Every plan includes hosting, updates, backups and monitoring. The tiers differ in how much of our time you get each month.

1 edit / month (≤30 min)

Care

or $590 / year (2 months free)

Keep it online, secure and current. Right for a brochure site that changes a few times a year.

  • Hosting (Vercel Pro) + domain renewal managed
  • 24/7 uptime monitoring
  • Framework, dependency and security updates
  • Monthly code + content backup
  • 1 content edit per month

A part-time web team on retainer: new pages, conversion tweaks, GBP management and a quarterly strategy call.

  • Everything in Care+

  • Monthly analytics + SEO report with recommendations
  • One new page or landing page every quarter
  • Google Business Profile management (posts + review replies)
  • One conversion / A-B tweak per month, quarterly strategy call
↩ Response: Same business day
Hosting-only$25 / month. Vercel + domain + framework updates, nothing else. For clients who make their own edits.
Second site on the same plan −25%. Extra work on any plan $95/hr, approved before it starts.

Where this sits in the market

Published 2026 ranges for a 5–10 page small-business site. We are priced inside the freelancer band with agency-grade engineering — and the hosting, updates and performance work the agencies charge extra for is already in.

WhoTypical build priceWhat you get
Template / DIY shops$300 – $1,400WordPress or Wix template, usually + $49–$97/mo
Freelancers$1,500 – $5,0005–10 pages; you manage hosting and updates
Samektra · Launchfrom $2,900Custom Next.js build, hosting + updates handled
Atlanta small agencies$5,000 – $12,000Drive Lead Media 2026 guide
Atlanta custom agencies$10,000 – $40,000Trajectory Web Design 2026 guide

Market ranges from published Atlanta agency pricing guides (Drive Lead Media, Trajectory Web Design) and national surveys (WebFX, DesignRush, Clutch, DigitalApplied), 2026-09. Ranges describe the market, not any specific company.

Add-ons

Only if you need them. Most Launch clients take none; most Growth clients take copywriting or SEO setup.

Add-onPrice
Logo / brand mark$450–$1,200
Copywriting$125–$250 per page
SEO setup (keyword map, technical audit)$600–$1,200
Google Business Profile setup$250
Half-day photography (partner photographer)$900–$1,800
Domain~$15 / yr pass-through
Extra work on any plan$95 / hr, 15-min increments

Accepting payments & transactions

Built as a custom feature on top of any tier. Customers pay on a Stripe-hosted page, so card numbers never touch your site or ours — which also keeps your PCI paperwork to the simplest questionnaire.

One-time card + ACH

Pay Online

from$1,200
Most land between $1,200 and $2,500 · 3–5 days
  • Stripe-hosted checkout — card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank transfer (ACH)
  • "Pay now" links + QR codes for quotes, deposits and invoices
  • Receipts, one-click refunds, dispute alerts
  • Payment records mirrored into your site’s database
Send, remind, collect

Quotes & Invoices

from$750
Most land between $750 and $1,800 · 1–3 days
  • Branded invoices with a hosted pay page (card + ACH)
  • Automatic reminders, partial payments and payment plans
  • Deposit-then-balance pattern for service jobs
  • Labor itemized separately from parts (Georgia sales-tax friendly)
Recurring plans

Memberships & Subscriptions

from$2,500
Most land between $2,500 and $6,000 · 2–3 weeks
  • Recurring plans with automatic retries on failed cards
  • Self-service customer portal — update card, change plan, cancel
  • Members-only content or features gated by plan
  • Failed-payment and cancellation handling
Payments monitoring$49 / month. Webhook health, dispute alerts answered within 48 hours, the yearly PCI questionnaire and quarterly scan handled with you.
Bank transfer (ACH) costs about 0.8% capped at $5 versus 2.9% + 30¢ for cards. We turn it on by default so large invoices cost you less. Processor fees pass through at Stripe's published rates.

Security, stability & your data

Three layers: audited platforms underneath, a studio layer we configure deliberately, and a few choices that are yours. And an honest account of what nobody can promise.

Layer 1 · Platforms

Audited providers underneath

  • VercelSOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001:2022
  • SupabaseSOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001
  • StripePCI DSS Level 1, SOC 1 & SOC 2 Type II
  • ResendSOC 2 Type II, GDPR DPA (pre-signed)

AES-256 at rest, TLS in transit, DDoS absorbed at the edge, daily database backups on every paid plan.

What we can't promise

The honest part

No one can guarantee a website will never go down or never be attacked. What we promise is how we work and how we respond: deliberate configuration, scheduled review, and if we confirm an incident touching your data, notice within 72 hours of confirming it and a restore from backup.

Every engagement runs under a written agreement that says the same thing in the language a court reads.

How a build goes

Four steps, a preview link from week one, and no surprises at the end.

Discovery call

Thirty minutes. What the site has to do, who it is for, what you have today, what is embarrassing about it.

Design on real content

We design with your actual copy, photos and services, not lorem ipsum, so what you approve is what ships.

Build + review

A live preview link from week one. You watch it come together and comment inline; two revision rounds are included.

Launch + 30 days

Domain, DNS, analytics, Search Console, then a month of fixes at no charge. Then a management plan if you want one.

Start your site

Tell us what the site has to do and which tier looks right. We reply within 1–2 business days with a fixed quote — no call required unless you want one.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why publish prices when other agencies do not?
Because "request a quote" is how a customer ends up on a $400 Wix template with a $97 monthly fee they do not understand. Our ladder is the same for everyone; the only variable is scope, and we tell you which tier you are in on the first call.
What if my site is between tiers?
Each tier has a starting price and a typical range. A 9-page site with a booking integration is a Launch build plus one integration, and we price it that way. You get a fixed quote before any work starts, and it does not move unless the scope does.
Can you manage a site you did not build?
Yes, if it is on a modern stack (Next.js, Astro, plain HTML, most Webflow exports). We start with a one-time audit ($250, credited to your first quarter) so we know exactly what we are taking responsibility for. WordPress sites we will usually recommend rebuilding on the Launch tier instead — it is often cheaper than a year of plugin babysitting.
What does "hours" mean on a management plan?
Real work by the people who built the site: content edits, new sections, photo swaps, form changes, small features. Unused hours do not roll over, but we tell you before the month ends if you have any left. Extra work is $95/hr in 15-minute increments, always approved first.
Do I have to take a management plan?
No. Every build comes with 30 days of fixes. After that you can host it yourself on Vercel (the free tier is often enough), take the Hosting-only plan, or come back when something breaks. Most clients take Care or Care+ because it is cheaper than one emergency.
Is the annual price really two months free?
Yes — annual is exactly ten times the monthly price, paid up front. Cancel any monthly plan with 30 days notice; annual plans run their term.
Do you work outside metro Atlanta?
For web work, location does not matter — every site in the portfolio was built remotely with a weekly call. Photography and in-person discovery are easiest inside Georgia.
