    Create the session

    Fastest route is a preset — one click builds the session and fills it with questions. Or name an empty one and pick your own.

    Choose a source, tick the questions you want, add them. Field photos come with their picture and citation attached. You can also write your own — question, four answers, mark the right one.

    This is the page the room looks at — join code, QR, then the live vote. Put it on the projector and leave the console on your laptop. Full-screen it with F11.

    The room

    Let them in

    People scan the QR with their phone camera — no app, no account needed. Names appear on the wall as they arrive, so you can see the room fill and know when to begin. Not everyone scanning? Copy the join link and send it.

    Start opens question one. Watch the votes land, close the vote when the room settles, and the answer comes up with its citation. Next moves on. After the last question you get the results board — accuracy, the toughest call, and where the vote split.

Counts, never names

The screen shows how many picked A, B, C or D. It never shows who. Nobody has to be wrong in front of their manager for the room to learn something.

At the end you see which question the room missed, which one split the vote, and where everyone agreed. That is your next toolbox talk, written for you.

The citation, every time

Every answer carries the standard and section it comes from — so the session ends with the room knowing where to look, not just what you said.
